How to reinstall Landesk 9.0

On the core server, run regedit and do a search for cba8inst and delete the parent node for every occurrence. Here is an example of one I found:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products

Also remove parent nodes using the search "Common Base Agent 8". I found one here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

also, search for “common base agent 8” (without “) in registry and delete parent nodes

and in cmd do : sc delete cba8

 

Install server prerequire and landesk
